Modern democrats cannot possibly still consider themselves Americans, at least not in the sense our Founding Fathers philosophized and later implemented and then consequently shed blood to enact and defend and enshrine. I'd hazard a guess this truth is self-evident in the minds of most still sane Americans. Every American who still loves freedom, still believes their rights hail from high above, KNOWS what must be done in order to return America to what She once was and to restore our rights and freedoms and liberty as our Founders intended us to possess, practice and enjoy. But as I have said many times . . . the Spirit of '76 seems to exist these days in name only . . . not in practice.

Which 'Judaism'? Pre or post-exile Babylonian exile? Must mean the pre-exile Mosaic Hebrewism.
And there is Rabbinical Messianic Judaism.

Rabbinical Judaism is a creation of the Pharisee sect; it didn't dominate until the 2nd century A.D., and it used a fake 'oral Torah' that emphaiszied ridiculous legalisms and racial purity laws. Christianity is an older Jewish sect, and is much closer to the original Hebrewism of Moses and the real Torah, and ultimately became far more popular with Jews, especially those excluded by the rabbinical cult and before that the 2nd Temple scam set up by Cyrus and the Jews he favored.

That's kind of immaterial- he wrote and the wrting was signed making it official- had he not written what he did write what would we be doing differently today? What would we believe to be true-

You brought up Locke. Few were influenced by Locke, they just cited him to lend a veneer of respecatability to their revolution. The Great Awakening had a big effect on the working classes and the self made types, for a while, but not much on the 'elites' and the wealthy types who actually ran thins; those were motivated entirely by their own self-interests, which of course wouldn't make for good propaganda when trying to get a lot of proles to fight and die for your personal enrichment. Most of the 'elites' were already large land and slave owners and most of the others made their fortunes during the 1740-1760s as pirate ship financiers and smugglers. many by trading with the enemy while British soldiers died protecting them from France, Spain, or whoever. I didn't say they weren't grand speeches and sounded really good, they just weren't what influenced and inspired the leadership, certainly not Jefferson.

People were 'religious' to the extent churches controlled the politics and offices in many colonies, but as we all know merely being a member of one doesn't mean they were motivated by religion to revolt; Benjamin Franklin for instance paid pew rents in 8 different churches at one time, a necessity if one wanted to be in politics. Pew rents kept the working class riff raff out and from annoying their betters.

But, the Brits essentially cut their own throats over time, with their arrogant abuses by their military. When the revolution started, Tories outnumbered 'rebels' by two to one, some 20% of the population versus maybe 10% in support, with some 70% not caring either way, since they had no dog in the fight. Abuses by the British military had altered that by some 60% in favor of the rebels in just three years of occupation.

Jefferson wrote a big screed about 'the evils of slavery', but it was just for cosmetic propaganda purposes at the time he wrote it. He in fact highly recomended the slave trade to his friends because of its profitability, and he built Monticello off of his huge profits from slavery. He owned as many as 600 of them.

As was the case over much of the world, and for most of history, so all this means is they were men of their time and place. When they manumitted some slaves and sent them to colonize Liberia, those freed blacks set themselves up a slave owning plantation owners as well.

In 1821 the American Colonization Society founded the colony of Liberia south of Sierra Leone as a homeland for former slaves outside British jurisdiction.

"In her 1993 article "Regulation of Hate Speech and Pornography After R.A.V," for the University of Chicago Law Review, Kagan writes:

"I take it as a given that we live in a society marred by racial and gender inequality, that certain forms of speech perpetuate and promote this inequality, and that the uncoerced disappearance of such speech would be cause for great elation."

In a 1996 paper, "Private Speech, Public Purpose: The Role of Governmental Motive in First Amendment Doctrine," Kagan argued it may be proper to suppress speech because it is offensive to society or to the government.
That paper asserted First Amendment doctrine is comprised of "motives and ... actions infested with them" and she goes so far as to claim that "First Amendment law is best understood and most readily explained as a kind of motive-hunting."

Kagan's name was also on a brief, United States V. Stevens, dug up by the Washington Examiner, stating: "Whether a given category of speech enjoys First Amendment protection depends upon a categorical balancing of the value of the speech against its societal costs."
If the government doesn't like what you say, Elena Kagan believes it is the duty of courts to tell you to shut up. If some pantywaist is offended by what you say, Elena Kagan believes your words can be "disappeared".

5. “Earlier this week, Obama-appointed Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan wrote in her minority dissent to the Janus ruling that the Court had “weaponized the First Amendment.”

The majority opinion dwelt on issues of compelled speech, noting that “because such compulsion so plainly violates the Constitution, most of our free speech cases have involved restrictions on what can be said, rather than laws compelling speech. But measures compelling speech are at least as threatening.”

Kagan, however, has other ideas and claimed in her dissent that

“The First Amendment was meant for better things,” she concluded.

Kagan’s fantastical notion of “black-robed rulers overriding citizens’ choices” by “weaponizing the First Amendment” is puzzling. Citizens in non-right-to-work states are completely free to join a union if they so wish, and in doing so, commit to paying union dues. The only change here is that unions can no longer extort dues from non-members in any state.

Citizens’ choices have not been overridden; indeed, citizen choice is expanded under this ruling. They can join a union or not join a union, those who do not join cannot be compelled to pay union dues, but they are also not barred from doing so if they wish.

Her point about “weaponizing the First Amendment” is equally confounding. The Founders intendedthe First Amendment to be a weapon . . . against government tyranny and oppression. They were insistent that freedom of speech was required to check government and to maintain a free and independent citizenry.” Who's afraid of the 1st Amendment?

2. Where did Jefferson get that idea?

There is no way to see the connection with the biblical statement and not recognize that America was founded based on biblical precepts. That means that religion and religious freedom are inseparable from the heritage of America’s people. As is the belief that all of us are equal before the law.




3. The two terms “equal” and “freedom” come from the above and are the “civics” that all Americans are supposed to agree on.

You are not an American if you do not subscribe to those civics ideas.

And that is the problem with Nazi Germany And Bolshevik Russia.

And with the Democrat Party as it is so constituted: its agenda is based on treating people differently based on race, class and gender.



4. No matter how false the ‘education,’ in government school, no matter how they have corrupted your ideas, Democrat voters….I bet you are unable to make an argument against “equal” and “freedom.” Yet a vote for the Democrat Party is a vote against both.

And parroting the dogma that they have programmed into you without being able to explain and defend it, is redolent of Nazi Germany And Bolshevik Russia, not a hallmark of America or Americans.

If one of the two parties does not, any longer, agree that America is America due to basic, unalienable rights, such as religious liberty, equality, and free speech…

Only white, male landowners could vote...and then there was slavery...people as chattel.

As was the case over much of the world, and for most of history, so all this means is they were men of their time and place. When they manumitted some slaves and sent them to colonize Liberia, those freed blacks set themselves up a slave owning plantation owners as well.

What does the US have to do with Liberia, Africa? I don't think the founding fathers wrote their constitution.

In 1821 the American Colonization Society founded the colony of Liberia south of Sierra Leone as a homeland for former slaves outside British jurisdiction.

Law-fuckers cuffed me, drugged me, tortured me almost to death in mental health court, jail / mental hospital, and boy were they ever disappointed that they failed in their plans to murder me. May God avenge me upon them, and may our gracious Creator punish those crooked cops and whores for the rest of their miserable lives here on earth until they are delivered to that place of eternal torment which they have so richly merited for themselves by their temporal works.
