A narcissist has a hard time answering this question

I was reading some articles about narcissism and I thought that a person with narcissistic tendencies might have a difficult time answering these kind of questions:

Am I good person if no one around me thought so?

Am I only good at something because everyone else thinks I am?

Since a narcissistic personality is developed because how they see themselves is solely dependent on how others see them (social mirror) they may have a hard time seeing themselves in any other way than how others see them.
