Whether by hook or by crook, a majority of Americans—56%—are willing to see Donald Trump kicked off some or all state ballots, according to an ABC News/Ipsos poll released Friday.

Two state-level rulings in Colorado and Maine have disqualified Trump from the ballot. Feelings about those rulings were more mixed: 49% support the decisions, while 46% oppose them.

And it's just January.

So much for Democracy. You liars are all about stealing elections and this just proves it. If Joe Bidumb is doing such a great job, why wouldnt you run that candidate against President Trump? You know with his 91 inditements and such. Joe should be a shoe in, right?

This is a form of Journalistic malpractice.

The questions are patently ambiguous and yet unambiguous inferences are being drawn, in the hope of giving a false impression.

What does the headline even mean? What is "open to kicking Trump off the ballot"? How many Americans have spent as much as five fucking minutes reviewing the text - let alone the legislative history - of the operative section of the 14th Amendment? The Leftist Press has been telling us, falsely, that President Trump is guilty of promoting or participating in an "insurrection," despite the fact that neither Trump nor anyone even associated with him or the riots of January 6th has even been charged with "insurrection," this is a legal term with a real definition.

Further, the Democrat party has gone "all in" with the strategy of "protecting democracy" by making it impossible for half of America to vote for the individual that they manifestly wish to vote for.

Fortunately, the only states that are working on this insidious strategy are majorly controlled by the Democrat party, so keeping him off the ballot is utterly meaningless.

Regardless, the Supreme Court will nip this schidt in the bud, an six months from now nobody will even remember this campaign was waged.

It is evil.

Oh by the way, a Majority? Just because ABC/Ipsos poll asks 5 people living in California, if they want President Trump off the ballots, doesnt seem to be a really good way to poll people....
Bring that poll down here, and 100% of over 100,000 people would say he not only should be on the ballot but should never allowed the Marxists to steal the 2020 election by going after all the people who had an insurrection after 2am that Nov 9th.

That fact has zero relevance. It is a legal matter.

The majority of Americans in January now don't want Trump on the ticket.

A super majority will vote against him if he is on the ticket in November.

You look like this.... when you say stupid shit like that.

Ridiculous.

So if all of the primaries and caucuses are done, Trump gets the most delegates, and the nomination....and then the courts decide he can’t be on the ballot in November...what then?

Its almost a no-brainer that the feds need to take over the elections for federal offices. While “I get” that if any political party were to nominate someone who isn’t qualified to be president according to state laws, that is on them; having 50 different rule books with ambiguous language often determining if someone can or cannot be on the ballot is nuts.

On the other hand, the system we’ve had in place for hundreds of years has worked well so why change it now.

Where I come down is that we need to have a set of rules that addresses every “what if”. This isn’t something that we should be trying to figure out on the fly.

Why is he needing to be kicked off state ballots when you have poll numbers that show he can't win?

What's the difference?

Actually is seems that you are scared he will easily win the nomination AND the Elections
