You can't be that stupid. According to.the law and in.the correct manner by a professional immiigration law enforcement agency without bias or politics involved
ICE can arrest and detain but the immigrant needs to have legal representation and his / her day in court. ICE agents also have to let the people know who they are in.the process. They cannot be captor , judge and executioner. That's not their function , never was.

Life isn't that simple. They have many divisions and many duties. Primary is suppose to be enforcing immigration laws. They manage visitor and student exchange ( SEVP ) , they investigate complex crimes such as human trafficking , child exploitation , smuggling of drugs / weapons and financial fraud (HSI ) , enforces US immigration law within the US , rather than at the border including auditing businesses for hiring practices ( IIE ) .plus the obvious ( ICE ) who enforce immigration law, , investigate transnational crime , and securing borders within the US interior. Identifying and removing undocumented immigrants so they can be legally processed , investigate illegal movement of people /.goods and preventing terrorism. Only the courts can determine if an undocumented immigrant is here legally or not. That's why it's so important they all have their day in court.
