Excellent point. Calling someone a fascist on national TV is at the very least defamation of character. Trump ought to sue her asking for proof of her claim. That she used taxpayer money to make a defamatory, unsubstantiated claim with the office of Biden behind her backing her up is definitely both a misuse of power and election interference. In fact, he ought to sue the government as well since he cannot directly sue Biden. Imagine now if Trump were assassinated, Harris could be brought up as an accessory to murder.
