The only hope of that is for a worldwide oil glut and it will have negligible impact on blue state shitholes and their carbon taxes which will keep prices on everything artificially high. Beyond the energy impact, I don't see prices falling.
 
I suppose you could always say, on a day of triumph for Trump as today surely is, that 'oh, but he better pay attention to this other part of his presidency.' If he were celebrating a sharp fall in grocery and gasoline prices, we could say 'he better pay attention to what is happening in the world, and not just focus on grandma and grandpa in Missouri being able to buy milk for less!'

We could say 'fine, he secured the border and border encounters are down to a handful a day. But . . . has he even noticed the 2% widening of the income gap between men and women?'

What makes you think he has not? DOGE is on the backs of Congress, and the Dems are in the way. Gas prices are dropping.

I have been mostly pleased with how he has handled this admin. He has toned down his biggest problem---his own mouth. Maybe he has learned to let his achievements speak for themselves.

I think we MAGA folks realize that the Democrats and their mass legacy media will find any fracture they can in Trump's actions and policies. We are anticipating more lies coming from them and their Marxist leaders. The attempt to overturn America is their mission. We are naturally on guard.

I think it's actually just financial fatigue. While I agree with you got the cost of living is going down slightly it's just that it's been up high for so long people are worn down financially.
