And the little riot on Jan 6 was hardly an attempt to overthrow the government. It was a protest that, for a minority of people, got out of hand.

Impeachment is a constitutional process. How can impeachment be considered a “revolt”?

It’s definitely not violent. I think insurrection and revolts require violence by definition.
