Harris was elected in an election where no Republican was allowed to run. She was the most extreme Democrat running. That's why she was elected. California had changed its election laws to mandate that the two candidates with the highest number of votes in the primary would run for the office. So, in California, you have far left and further left candidates running against each other, Harris was rated by an independent rating service as the most extreme left-wing senator in the Senate.

My guess is between eight and fifteen percent. But most blacks will sit out the election thanks to how badly Biden/Harris have hurt them economically. On the other hand thanks to the same economic figures far more Whites, Latinos and Asians will vote for Trump than Harris.
