I've not read P2025, I really don't intend to read a 900 page report, and I don't trust what any lefty media is going to tell me about it, but what little I have heard is that P2025 means to extend the retirement age. I've not seen anything about P2025 going after people's personal retirement accounts so if you have a page number and paragraph number that I can search to, I'll be happy to read it

And yes...every legitimate Federal judge and law professor agrees that what Trump is doing violates the separate of powers clause in the Constitution.

There might be a few cowardly, corrupt judges that will "agree" with Trump, like Thomas and Alito. However, Trump is going to lose the vast majority of these cases in court.
