A Civil Right?

Did Trayvon Martin have a license to beat up whoever he wanted to? That's the real question. Trayvon Martin being black, had an absolute right to beat up anyone he wanted to. There should be no right whatsoever to fight back against an assailant if the assailant is black.

Even gays ? Does his license permit him to play whoop azz with gays ? I'd like a ruling on that please.

Was anyone being gay part of the trial? It was something Rachel Jeantel made up so she'd have something to say to Piers Morgan.

One of the reasons why Jeffrey McDonald was tried and convicted of murder was because of the interviews he gave after his family was murdered. He gave a statement to the police, then made the talk show rounds. With each appearance his "story" got more and more involved and elaborate. The police figured out that nothing he said was true and decided to investigate the evidence. He's still in prison. Jeantel is still a liar and was lying with every word.

Absolutely. Treyvon Martin, upon observing a strange man watching him from his car, was obligated to run home. Once he made that evil decision to not run, he sealed hi own fate.

Zimmerman was obligated to NOT FOLLOW! Are you saying that it is okay for me to follow you up and down the street, and you are not allowed to confront me, instead, you MUST walk home?

Bull fucking shit.

Sarcasm alert!

So the one with no injuries associated with striking someone and injuries that are associated with being struck by someone is the one who you think could have or did strike first

You sir, are an idiot

Trayvon Martin had a fatal injury associated with being struck by a bullet.

You know damn well the issue is the physical altercation...

if the bullet strike were first, there would have been no physical strikes by TM... the only strike proven to be by GZ was the bullet strike..

TM STRUCK FIRST

Not proven.

When I was 11 years old, there was a classmate that bullied me....she would follow me around the playground on recess, where ever I went she was there making mean comments to me or bumping in to me....she was a good foot taller than me too.....a pretty intimidating size. Her name was Bonita Carter....she was an African American....her Father was in the Air Force too....I'll never forget her....

Anyway, I finally told my parents about her stalking me, every single day....and Dad told me that the next time she followed me at the playground, to turn around and give her a good hard punch in the nose....he told me not to slap her, or wrestle with her or to waste my time with any of that, but to smack her with a good hard punch, in the nose....I asked WHY the nose dad? He said that it would 'smart' and throw her for a loop....be shocked, which would give me the upper hand, and he said it would show her 'not to mess with me' ever again....

The next day, she followed me on the playground, and then she came over to the line i was in to cross the monkey bars and bumped in to me to push me out of my spot in line, and I did just what dad said, I turned and punched her hard, right smack in the nose....it bled, even though my arms could barely reach it since she was so much taller, my fist connected quite well, TY, TY Very much! SHE WAS STUNNED, and i turned and walked away... Halfway across the playground Bonita caught up with me and jumped me and we wrestled to the ground....a Teacher stopped the fight, my parents were called to pick me up and I was sent home for the rest of the school day, so was Bonita sent home....

When my father got home from work, and mom told him what happened, he told me ''Good job!''

Was my father right, in teaching me to punch her in the nose?

No! - That is a last resort. First you should have told the teacher, then the principal or your parents. They should have talked with her or her parents. If that fails punch her in the nose just like your dad said & continue until she goes down or says stop. Then you must stop the beating or it becomes felony battery or attempted murder, then go to the teacher again & they won't send you home. They will have to expel that bully.

your only mistake was not hitting her in the nose several times

to get the point across

If she stopped bullying you afterwards, absolutely. I had a similar situation in elementary school with a kid who attended the Jr. High school that my Dad was principal of.

My Dad had suspended his brother from school, so he decided to come after me in retaliation. I was always taught never start a fight, but don't back down if someone tries to bully you. And if they are larger than you, find a way to make it even.

Long story short, this kid had been bothering me daily when I walked to and from school for weeks.

So, when I finally had enough, I went after him. He was standing at a bus stop that i passed by on the way home. I was drinking a Coke from a 16 oz. bottle. I walked up to him and asked if he wanted a sip, and when he reached for it, I broke the bottle over his head and left a nice bloody gash, and told him if he bothered me again I would hit him with a baseball bat next time.

That evening his mother came to our house to tell my parents what I had done and both of my parents told her "too bad, he asked for it".
