A Civil Right?

TM lost the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, because Zimmerman didn't break off the pursuit as advised. He had no real business doing what he was doing, once he'd informed the police of his suspicions.

That whole post is full of shit. Zimmerman had every right by law to be on public property. He did nothing to impede Martin's free movement, did nothing to imply he wished to. So, answer the question. Why didn't he just go home?

If he had a suspicion that TM was dangerous in any way, GZ should have gone home instead of instigating a confrontation. There was no need once the police were informed and there was no overt act being committed.

Sorry... following someone in a public area is no more 'instigating' a confrontation than it is illegal

WHY DIDN'T TM GO HOME WHEN HE HAD THE 4 FUCKING MINUTES?? WHY DID HE START THE CONFRONTATION? WHY DID HE VIOLATE HIS OWN CIVIL RIGHT??

You're a fucking asshole. The bottom line is if Zimmerman had gone like he was told, none of this would have happened.

No.. you and those like you are the fucking assholes...

#1 GZ did nothing illegal
#2 GZ was not ORDERED to or TOLD to do anything
#3 TM started the altercation AFTER HE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY JUST TO GO AWAY AND GO HOME

Idiot

If GZ had gone home after reporting his suspicions to the police, none of this would have happened. There was no reason for him to approach TM. We pay people to do that sort of thing. THAT'S the bottom line.

The bottom line is, YOU still have never answered my question. Why didn't Martin go home? If it was his civil right to go home, why didn't he exercise that right?

If TM didn't try to beat a guy to death, he could right now be at home smoking that pot and mixing up that sizzurp.

The bottom line is, there was no resonable doubt that Zimmerman wasn't defending himself. CASE CLOSED.

Not kidding....

I had a Liberal tell me that she had a "Constitutional Right" to not be offended.

I asked her who gets to decide what is offensive.....

She said : " I do".

True story.

Hey, she can be "offended" all she wants.

Tough shit. Life can be offensive.

.

I ranked it right up there with the woman who told me she liked to tan for 20 minutes but said she turned over at the 10 minute mark.(in a tanning bed)

I had nothing to say in reply, I was speechless.

Martin instigated the confrontation. Zimmerman didn't.

Both men had the right to be where they were and walking there. Both men had the right to remain unmolested.

Martin attacked Zimmerman the "Creepy ass Cracker". Not the other way around.

Martin started the physical confrontation?

you can't prove that.

And of course this wasn't any place either. It was a closed community with giant signs that said "Suspicious activity will be reported", as far as I know.

:cuckoo:

Only one liberal? Surely you can tell me went he didn't go home? So far all I've gotten is "Zimmerman started it because he was profiling him."

Uhh.. that was proven by the evidence... there was no mark on TM that showed any physical contact from GZ to TM.. ALL physical damage was done BY TM to GZ.. PERIOD...

Crawl back under your rock, newbie troll

Zimmerman's account states that happened and the eye witnesses and physical evidence all support all of his statements. he took 2 lie detector tests and passed both. He was happy when the cops told him there was video of the event. Martin's girlfriend stated under oath Martin was home.

Florida law has been changed over the last few years so those of us living here can go wherever we want legally. We don't have to PAY anyone to protect us, we don't have to turn and run the other way, we can patrol our own neighborhoods, investigate suspicious activity to prevent crime, and protect ourselves and others with deadly force if needed.

Those that don't like it can stay the fuck out of Florida.

The trial and evidence proved it.

The civil right liberals want for the thugs of the world isn't the right to go home. It's the right to kill when they feel like it.

The jury did.

Trayvon Martin also had the right not to go home, and he also had the right to stand HIS ground,

against the threat of George Zimmerman.

The jury didn't prove anything.

They also didn't say who they think started the fight.

you fail.

"Trayvon Martin had the civil right to go home" Al Sharpton said in front of the Department of Justice today.

If that were true, why didn't he take the last four minutes of his life to go home? What does this have to do with civil rights?

That's EXACTLY what he was trying to do, until a wannabe cop with a gun and an agenda, chased him down and shot him.

You pay people to put out fires too.. but if you see one starting next to someone's house, you just gonna sit and wait til the fire company comes later??

Again... nothing GZ did was illegal.. nor was it shown to 'instigate'... he was not ORDERED or TOLD to cease...

The BOTTOM FUCKING GODDAMN LINE is TM DID NOT GO HOME WHEN HE HAD 4 MINUTES TO DO SO.... there is no goddamn motherfucking 'civil rights' violation

being followed in a car and then on foot by a strange man at night and in the rain, can be intimidating and scary.

so yes, Martin did have the right to Stand His Ground against this strange man who was following him.

The evidence clearly shows Zimmerman did not chase anyone down and that martin was almost home and returned to confront Zimmerman.
