So did most Christians throughout the history of your faith. The founders actually quoted passages from Leviticus word for word. And killed any gay they found. As did every other State in the Union. With their justification being religious.
The puritians did the same thing. They just killed the adulterers too.
Did they get Christianity wrong? Were they not supposed to mention the OT? If so, why did the overwhelming history of your faith not get the memo until the last dozen decades or so? I mean, either its not as easy as you claim.......or the Christians throughout the majority of the history of your faith weren't 'true believers'.
Either that or God changed his mind. And around the 1800s or so decided that we should stop killing gays. Is that what happened?
You're being intentionally vague and evasive.....like there's something about your beliefs that you're ashamed of or are trying to hide. Just be honest. What should we be doing to the 'faggots' and the 'n*ggers' as you call them?
I'm still waiting on verses from the NT that say God tells us to kill faggots. You've been asked more than once and failed every time.
God doesn't change his mind. People like you misuse his word. His worded warned us about people like and and is clear about what will happen to you because you did.
No, you're still evading. For nearly 2 millennium Christians killed gays in God's name, quoting the OT. Now you dismiss mention of the OT and demand passages from the NT.
Did virtually the entire history of your faith get it wrong? Or did you? Are gays supposed to be executed as commanded in Leviticus and carried out by Christians for centuries? Or did they horribly misinterpret the Bible, using it to justify horrendous acts of evil, cruelty and sin?
Pick one. Because your evasions only demonstrate that you've got something to hide about your faith. And there are topics related to homosexuality and Christianity that you do NOT want to discuss.
