A Child Can't Call 2 Women or 2 Men "Mom & Dad"

Structurally, for the sake of kids, do states have the right to define marriage for themselves?

Children are being raised by gays whether their parents are married or not., denying them marriage doesn't magically put them in a home with a Mom and Dad. All that you are ensuring is that these children do not have married parents.

Children are being raised by polygamists whether their parents are married or not, denying them marriage...Children are being raised by incest parents whether their parents are married or not, denying them marriage...

Is that legal?

Nope.

Quit with the idiotic apples and oranges fallacies, mm-kay?
Yes, polygamy was just recently decriminalized in Utah.

Which has nothing to do with gay marriage. Anymore red herrings you wish to introduce? Wolves perhaps?

You think that polygamy, legal now in Utah, with Jonathan Turley representing the Brown family waiting in the wings for the Outcome of dismantling the word "marriage" as a federal mandate is a "red herring"??

How thick are those glasses you're wearing? Might want to get a upgrade on that prescription..

In a lesbian "married" home, which parent will a boy call "Dad"? In a gay male home, which parent will a girl call "Mom"?

In a lesbian "married" home, which parent will a boy call "Dad"? In a gay male home, which parent will a girl call "Mom"?

In a female-female marriage, a child calls both parents "Mom". In a male-male marriage, a child calls both parents "Dad".

Tomorrow, we will help you solve the mystery of what we call meat from a cow.

Not to worry, if the SCOTUS rules against gay marriage those children will magically stop being raised by gay parents. Did you not take Sil's poly-sci lessons?

But in a female-female "marriage", which one does a boy call "Dad"? In a male-male "marriage" which one does a girl call "Mom". You still haven't answered that question and you won't because if you do, you will expose the flaws in so-called "gay marriage"..

Children won't magically stop being raised by monosexuals (single by choice or circumstance) either, nor polysexuals (polgyamists), nor incest parents. Do you plan to include all those children in the newly-redacted definition of "marriage" as a federal mandate born from premise arguments about "marriage equality"?

And if not, why not, specifically?

But in a female-female "marriage", which one does a boy call "Dad"? In a male-male "marriage" which one does a girl call "Mom".

Neither.

I can't believe you could not figure that out!!!
So since the Prince's Trust found that a boy growing up without a father or a girl growing up without a mother causes them statistically to wind up on drugs, in trouble with the law, indigent and having a lack of a sense of feeling of belonging, then we both agree that so-called 'gay marriage' is bad for kids. At least 50% of them.

And if you disagree with this conclusion, please explain without ad hominems or general-denials, with specifics only and using logic, as to how your disagreement invalidates what I just said.

Why is it you seem to think that a child needs to call one of his moms "Dad"?

Because of what I just said about the Prince's Trust survey in my answer to g5000. Don't you read before you post? Here, I'll bold it for you..

Jesus, you are even dumber than I thought.

The Prince Trust has nothing to do with gay marriage homes.

Studies which actually DO measure children with gay parents find them just as stable and happy as any other kids.

That isn't even close to what the Prince's Trust found but like a dog with a bone you refuse to let your lies go.

Where does the Prince's Trust mention gay parents?
Where does the Prince's Trust mention that role models can only be found in one's parents?

We both know it doesn't. This conclusion you claim only exists in your head.

The fact that you to misrepresent this study and it's findings invalidates your arguments.

The Prince Trust has to do with kids raised by single parents, Sil. So why don't you expend your energy trying to fight all the fucked up heteros who put those kids in that situation instead of bizarrely trying to pin their problems on gays? HOLY SHIT!!!

Sheer nuttery.

He's been on this for over a week. In that time, I've been iced in in Memphis and snowed out in Philly. LOL He sees gays lurking dangerously in Christmas cards.

Actually the Prince's Trust is about kids without their own gender as an adult role model. Read it again and get back to me.

And it says nothing about gay parents or that role models can only be parents. Maybe you should read the study b/c you don't know what you're talking about.

One of the greatest fail threads I've ever seen, Sil. Even assuming that's right, and I'm sure as I'm not God's little gay unicorn not gonna look at it yet again, HALF OF THE KIDS BEING RAISED BY GAYS/LESBIANS HAVE PARENTS OF THEIR OWN GENDER.

... HALF OF THE KIDS BEING RAISED BY GAYS/LESBIANS HAVE PARENTS OF THEIR OWN GENDER.

What about the other half?

Your verbal abuse is not warranted in this conversation.

No, the Prince Trust study is about children without a GOOD same sex role model. And no where does it say that parents and only parents can be good same sex role models.

That's you. Citing yourself. And you're nobody.
