Only a misguided Socialist could celebrate & cheer for a much bigger and more powerful IRS. People really are going to be surprised when the IRS comes knocking looking for that Health Care fine or "tax" payment. More Freedom & Liberty confiscated by the Socialists. So sad.

The enforcement costs alone are going to be staggering. Citizens will have be monitored much more closely to guarantee they are paying their fines or buying their Health Insurance. Either way,the People lose. I really do hope the Republicans can regain some power and repeal parts if not all of this Democrat debacle.

Most people i talk to just want the Government to get off their backs. When in doubt,i always stand on the side of more Freedom & Liberty,not Less. This Health Care debacle just takes more of our Freedom & Liberty away. It really is shocking that so many just blindly follow and actually cheerlead for this Socialist oppression. Parts like forcing Citizens to buy Health Insurance by way of threats of fines and wage garnishment should be repealed immediately if possible. Lets hope this can happen at some point.

Garnishing Wages,Fining,Imprisonment?? Yea this Democratic Health Care thing really is monumental disaster. Socialism is never the answer. I've been saying this for years. When will more people start understanding this?

Yea the Courts could help but i wouldn't count on it. Even the Supreme Court has been shown to consistently support Big Government in recent years. This current Supreme Court is a Neocon/Progressive leaning Supreme Court. That usually translates into supporting Big Government. I'm not too sure they care about Freedom & Liberty anymore either. It's a Neocon/Socialist/Progressive World we're living in unfortunately. They clearly do not believe in Freedom & Liberty. I know i'm being pessimistic but there is still a small part of me that believes someone will care eventually. I guess we'll see.
