A 4 min Video With 51 Shocking Facts

If you look at the video carefully, you'll there are a lot of the facts such as number of women in congress, 700 bills to regulate a woman's body, number of women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics jobs, number of media executives, and difference in what men and women make in a life time can be easily verified. I check on several and they were right on. Other comments such as boobs are used to sell everything from soap to burgers and movie ratings for male and female organisms are common knowledge.

I think the real problem that some people have with this video is not the facts but rather how they are presented. If this same information was presented by a 250 pound lesbian who's ugly as sin, no one would care because that's the kind of piece they would expect. However, for this to come from an attractive young girl with a huge internet following, 67 million hits on her videos and nearly a million subscribers to her web site; that is disturbing.
WHo cares how many women in Congress there are.
There are no bills to regulate a woman's body. That's the kind of nonsense I'm calling out here.
That sex is used to sell stuff is hardly new, interesting, or outrageous.

The real problem is you fall for this crap hook line and sinker.
Who cares? I thing you would be surprised at how many women in this country do care.

This country elected Barack Obama twice so nothing would surprise me about the electorate. But so what? What difference does it make that the ratio of men to women in Congress doesnt equal what it is in the world? I dont think that e.g. Trey Gowdy would represent me better than Marsha Blackburn just because Gowdy is a man. That's idiotic.

Consider H.R.1797 - Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act passed by the House last year which would have effectually outlawed most abortions. The bill passed with:
227 men and 1 woman voting yes
196 men and 19 women voting no

In other words, 95% of the women voted against the bill and most of the men for it.

Almost all the anti-abortion legislation forcing women to give birth to unwanted children has been written by men and passed by men. Yet you claim having more women making our laws would make no difference.

That's because most of the women in Congress are Democrats. BUt there are plenty of anti abortion women out there.

How can such a cute little lady be such a nut case? Must have something to do with the hairy pits.

It is not sexist to expect a woman to shave her armpits and not a man.

No, that is the definition of sexism.

no, its not.

You still don't seem to understand that men and women are NOT the same creatures, PERIOD.

We are biologically different and wired to like different things. Men find harry women repulsive. That is not going to change because some asinine movement - it is a biological drive. Women, for the most part, also want a well toned and muscled man. most men don't want a women to have that same look. That is also not 'sexist.' It is biological.

You may want men and women to be the same creatures but it simply is not going to happen. Deal with it.

Feminism is not about women wanting to be biologically the same as men but rather wanting equal opportunity, economic, social, and cultural because many women are filling functions in society that were previously performed by men.

Our sexual mores have change tremendously over the last 50 years. Gone are the days when women were expected to be barefoot, pregnant, and in the kitchen. Women are expected to earn a living yet pay for women still lags behind men.

In many ways, the roles of men and women have reversed or have become interchangeable. Millions of men are stay at home dads while the women are the bread winners. Gone are days of jobs for men and jobs for women. Other traditional roles have change such is in dating, dress, and parenting. And with those changes has a come a need more equal treatment.

All which has nothing to do with shaving underarms being sexism...

Virtually no one disagrees with the need for women to be equal but the rant goes FAR beyond such ideas.
