This should ultimately end up in the Supreme Court. And then the current Supreme Court can decide if the rule of law matters or not in this country.

100% of anyone that's realistic, sane and observant should know it's a political stunt.

They desperately want a mug shot to plaster allover the place of trump.

They want to nail him on anything they can so they can say he is unfit to run for president.

They want to piss off his supporters hoping they cause some Jan 6th thing again so they have a reason to cry wolf and clamp down hard.

They want to tie him up with legal proceedings in the middle of his election campaign.

This isn't about the law or justice or anything other than trying to hamstring his political career. It's personal, not professional. No matter what you think of trump if you're a realistic person you know this. They need a drum to beat because they wore their old one out.
