Obviously I believe in them because they happen .
However, you can debate the best way to elect a ruling body ad infinitum and still not get a strong majority agreement .
The start point of the argument against Democracy is that 90% of all people are Stupid and Gullible ( IQ less than 120 , say ) , and mainly as a result of that ,contributions of the most handicapped are woefully lower than the top achievers etc etc etc
But if you think our Brain of Britain , for example , should only have the same voting right and strength as a Moron with an IQ of 80 , then you have to accept the consequences of favouring Stupidity and Gullibility with a smile .

You cannot be charged with a breach of the peace in England or Wales. But police can arrest someone who has - or is suspecting of being about to - breach the peace.
The arrest must be based on removing the threat of this breach.
You can be arrested and charged for breaching the peace in Scotland, where it is a far more serious offence.
