Wrong, the first target was destroyed but two men survived, which they witnessed.
Under LAW, if there are survivors of an attack at sea by us with no remaining deadly threat, our Military was REQUIRED to rescue them and give medical treatment, and take them as prisoners of War.
It is the admin that is claiming this is a war....blah blah blah... There are rules in treaties they are a signed party to that govern, and our own Military code that govern...and BOTH dictate that what they did with their second strike, with two survivors clinging to the destroyed boat wreckage, was a WAR CRIME.
Period.
