so you already proved my point and actually agreed with everything i said that he in fact has accomplished things during his presidency. you just dont agree with any of them. low and behold, he can be taught! it isnt a surprise that you disagree with everything he has done, your part of the GOP/TP.
- im pretty sure DADT was discrimination, glad to see you are in favor of legalized discrimination.
- and the bailout also saved between 1M and 1.4M american jobs.
- awesome, i didnt know bank ceo's had "bounciness", all those bounce houses must be epic!
- your opinion only, its been rule constitutional 3 times and unconstitutional 3 time. the patriot act would have been a better example of over reach. but im pretty sure you agree with the patriot act.
- START reduced the number nuclear weapons between us and Russia. because only have enough nukes to blow up the work 10 time over instead of 20 times, is a terrible thing. how much does it cost a year to house and service those nuke. wouldnt that money be better spend on infrastructure and education?
- so youre gonna base your entire argument that free trade agreements are based on Gibson guitars? GM, Ford and Chrysler can now sell cars overseas and be competitive. exports are projected in increase due to the new FTA.
- oh and btw the payroll tax extension he signed last week was part of his original stimulus package and was the extended for another 10 months. it was not Bush's
so far you go pwned.
Your point was MOOT because what he did was nothing but failure. Do you have anything else to add to his failure list?
It saved a lot of union contracts, plus you never did say anything about GM building a new plant in Mexico?
Still can't get by the part about the new GM plant that was built in Mexico. As for cars being built here Michigan has a very high unemployment rate. The only people making money are board members and share holders.
your opinion only, its been rule constitutional 3 times and unconstitutional 3 time. the patriot act would have been a better example of over reach. but im pretty sure you agree with the patriot act.
Communism is not Constitutional. The government cannot force you to buy a product., If they can where do they stop?
so a plant was built in mexico, what of it? GM also has plants in the US. GM overall is profitable again, are you really that short sighted that you cant see that?
the health care law is not communism. look up the definition of communism. the simple fact that you are going to be required to use private insurers and not a government programs alone make it not communism.
and i would honsetly be fine without the individual mandate, pending that hospitals are allowed to refuse any and all services for lack of an ability to pay. you break your leg, no insurance, no upfront payment, no services. you have a heart attack, no insurance, no upfront payment, no services. you have a brain tumor, no insurance, no upfront payment, no services.
you would just simply need the supreme court to reverse its ruling that hospitals provide services regardless of a patients ability to pay.
heres why the HC law was deemed legal.
"That a direct requirement for most Americans to purchase any product or service seems an intrusive exercise of legislative power surely explains why Congress has not used this authority before – but that seems to us a political judgment rather than a recognition of constitutional limitations," Judge Laurence Silberman, an appointee of President Ronald Reagan wrote in the court's opinion. Silberman was joined by Judge Harry Edwards, a Carter appointee. But, they added, "The right to be free from federal regulation is not absolute and yields to the imperative that Congress be free to forge national solutions to national problems."
"People who make a decision to forego health insurance do not opt out of the health care market,"
