No I haven't, in fact I've brought it up repeatedly. That's why I said "every time" a Democrat loses.

This is the third presidential loss in a row where they cried about the results. The last two times, our country had to collectively spend millions of dollars to buy new machines. The first time to replace the punch card ballots because Democrat voters don't have the intelligence to punch a hole in a card, and the second time when they complained that the machines were Diebold where Bush knew the CEO of the company. So everybody had to get rid of those and buy new ones.

This is simply unacceptable and we are forced to cater to these snowflakes because they can't handle a fair election and losing. Like I said, just get rid of machines altogether and see if that stops their whining, but I doubt it will.

The seals I saw broken were the kind of seals that are put there for warranty repairs. Repairs and mods to machines are necessary maintenance. And if the seal on the MAIN box is broken, it could just be oversight when the maintenance guy left and the County didn't reseal the main box with THEIR sticker.

You've got the election count on the cartridges (one issue) and the possible tampering with the MAIN boxes BEFORE the election is the other. Most any MAIN box tampering would be obvious by inspection. Since to REPROGRAM the box -- you don't need to look at or touch the hardware. (Maybe a jumper or two). So if the main boxes are "tampered", it's in firmware or software --- OR --- someone inserts a FOREIGN "skimmer" or device between a cable connection and the board. The latter is EASILY detectable by inspection..

since it appears that the county named does not use the brand and model shown in the picture
