70-21 is hardly squeaking...more like they stomped their butt. Huskies have always been a solid team with more trips/wins in the Rose Bowl than I can count. I'd like to see more of the Cougs

Michigan v Ohio State is an unbridled rivalry. Every Ohio State coach said beating Michigan is where it is at and all other games are putrid in comparison. The last Michigan v Ohio was played in Ohio so it should be played at Michigan this year. That gives the Wolverines a home field advantage. The Ohio State team has a big head and need to be put in their place before the Championship game. Go Michigan!

Looks like fortunes have turned around in the PAC-12. Washington looking good now and Oregon unable to stop anybody. Washington probably goes to BCS playoffs if they can keep playing like this.

It took him a couple of years to get his own recruits. Peterson is a no nonsense coach.

At Boise State he had to rely on trick plays and gimmicks to win against much tougher and stronger opponents.

Here at the U of W he has the luxury of top notch kids. He just built a very good team strong in all facets of the game.

It has been a long time since my Huskies have deserved the respect we were accustomed to receiving.

As I said the win in Oregon is meaningless. They are in a free fall. Still, 6-0 is not easy.

At long last it is fun to watch the Huskies play again.

In the late 3rd qtr and the 4th the coach put in the back ups. It was 35-7 at the half. Even at 70-21 the game wasn't nearly as close as the final score would indicate.

The Ducks had a nice run the past several years. I don't know why they couldn't continue that streak, but they seem to be in a defensive free fall since their bowl debacle in January.

For a team to be named after a nut...they ain't bad but the real test for Ohio State will be Michigan and possibly Wisconsin. The winner of those games will most likely be in the final four and losers will not if those other teams keep their winning ways which is no guarantee this early in the season.

You are talking about a team added to the Big 10 for a reason....a team that other teams can pad their records with reason. Just when was the last time Rutgers had a real football team that could complete with the big boys? Like never.....
