The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) said it does not have the ability to independently reshuffle funds into the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), commonly known as food stamps, according to a recent memo obtained by Fox News Digital.

The Government shut down is causing a lack of funds. Trump is not going to do anything about it. He is using this as a tool to get the Democrats to give in on the Government shutdown position.

I do know that the Trump supporters will be saying that this is Chuck Schumers fault as he is the one that advocated for the Democrats not to give in. Nonetheless, the man in CHARGE is Trump and the responsibility falls on his shoulders as he is in a position to fix this, either by giving in to the demands of the Democrats not to cut Medicaid and Medicare, or by finding the funds to give to the SNAP program so that these Americans do not starve!

This will show if Trump truly cares about Americans or if it is all about power and control.

How exactly will this shutdown lead to people not having to pay for their own ACA exchange-provided healthcare, except for the already incredibly generous ACA subsidies?
