It appears that only 3 states are important when it comes to this voting block (Florida, Nevada, Colorado) the remaining states with populations above 5% are either solid red or solid blue and not likely to be affected either way.

Seems to me that if Trump can successfully suppress the turn out of Hispanics (using heavy negative advertising) to below 10% (which really shouldn't be all that hard given the negatives on both candidates) he can basically make them pretty much a non-factor.
