It's putting an end to letting any uneducated lowlife into the country simply because they have relatives here. It will be more merit based than anything, and only people with reasonable English speaking skills with something to offer this country will be allowed in.

You seem to think that hiring is done from the top down. It's not. It's done form the middle up. States, Counties and Cities have more of an impact than a President has on job expansion. It pissed me off when Trump grabs the hard earned credits of others as his own. These 3 states have low unemployment rates because they attract businesses that hire. Most of these new hires are from small businesses that the Federals have little affect on but the States, Counties and Cities have a high degree of affect on.
