3 brothers who drowned laid to rest

Thousands attended the funeral of the three brothers, Suliman, 19, Nahed, 26, and Ateff, 16 of the Sariye family. The brothers all drowned at an Ashkelon beach last week.

The funeral took place at the Bedouin village of Kuseife, near the family's place of residence.

Police divers found the third body Sunday on the Ashkelon beach, where the Sariye brothers were swept away by the sea last week.

The body was found near the site where the second body was found on Saturday.

"I was hoping that my boys would be found alive and well," the boys' father Hassan said. "Unfortunately, it all ended in a great tragedy. I had wonderful boys..."

The sea is dangerous, it took days to find them, and in case someone cannot swim well or even help themselves, there is no point of jumping in.

Their father hoped so much that at least one of them will come back, but they have sadly been swallowed by the waves...So so sad.
