Even if it isn't direct evidence of fraud, it opens the door to fraud because they aren't current rolls? Not rocket science. Shows how ill prepared our election systems are across the country, particularly when elections are won in states by thousands or tens of thousands of votes. Just look what is happening now... they can't votes in the same day.

With the average state turnout rate being approx. 60%, Wisconsin's way-above-norm turnout rate has analysts believing there has been election fraud.

That simple means they are culling their voter roles. Is scrubbing ineligible voters from the rolls worth the effort if it means mistakenly bumping legitimate voters as well?

The Florida’s Legislature ordered the voter rolls scrubbed of dead registrants and ineligible felons before the 2000 presidential election. The resulting purge, based on a broad name-matching exercise, misidentified thousands of legitimate voters as criminals, and prevented at least 1,100 of them — some say thousands more — from casting ballots.

Any type of automated culling the rolls will result in many legitimist voters being denied their right to vote. IMHO, the states should use whatever method they chose to cleanup the voting rolling but they shouldn't delete them at that time but rather flag them on voting rolls as conditional votes. At the polls, conditional votes are allowed to vote but it will not be counted until they are verified by the election office.

There is nothing usually for a state to have a very high turnout in this election. Voter turnout is estimated to be the highest in 120 years, possibly 160 million voters. Oregon turnout is about 88%. Many states are having historical turnouts of higher than 85%. What this is showing is that if we make voting easier for people such as voting by mail, and early voting, more people will vote and that is good thing.

The problem with the current rash of claims of voter fraud, is just like most claims in the past, no real evidence, just evidence that voter fraud could have occurred. This is the problem with most Trump's law suites, claims of lack of oversight at polls, claims that election workers could have altered ballots, claims that mailout ballots could have been intercepted. No judge is going declare voter fraud based on what could have happened.
