No mention there are programs already for increasing ones education or skill level. And last I heard, states had child support laws. Ever thought to make it easier for businesses to stay here? And if you take $330 billion as a rough average for yearly defense spending you get 16.5 trillion spent on defense since the LBJ era. A link to your source is needed to combat the impression your figures are imaginary.
