Holyfuckingshit! You also said, "Trump administration approves Keystone XL pipeline."LOLWhen did Congress approve the Keystone XL pipeline?Legal Insurrection
21 States Sue Over Biden Executive Order Halting Keystone Pipeline
“The power to regulate foreign and interstate commerce belongs to Congress – not the President. This is another example of Joe Biden overstepping his constitutional role …”

Excerpt:
I was wondering when someone would sue over Biden’s executive order halting construction of the Keystone Pipeline. That move has destroyed thousands of high-paying blue collar jobs, and together with other anti-energy moves, seriously damaged the nation’s energy independence.
(snip)
Republicans have nothing approaching the legal infrastructure to resist Biden that Democrats had to resist Trump. Instead, Republicans have to rely on state Attorney Generals, who have limited standing to sue. So it was a good sign when Republican Attorneys General sent a letter to the Biden administration threatening suit.

Finally!
If congress passed but Obama VETOED the bill in 2015, why did Biden use the EO to stop it?
The Trump administration is not the Congress.
Fail. Better luck next time.
Well golly that is what I said, but you as usual can't understand it.
I made it clear Congress voted for it, but Obama Vetoed it.

That's no different than the Biden administration disapproves of Keystone XL pipeline.
As far as Congress, learn civics. Barring a Congressional override, a bill has to be approved by the president to become law.
Yes I did say that, but you still don't understand what THIS statements means:
“The power to regulate foreign and interstate commerce belongs to Congress – not the President. This is another example of Joe Biden overstepping his constitutional role …”
The lawsuit is going to show why EO are overused and authoritarian.
Learn civics?
I was the one who originally stated these you dummy!
"If congress passed but Obama VETOED the bill in 2015, why did Biden use the EO to stop it?"
and,
"Well golly that is what I said, but you as usual can't understand it.

Of course the president has to approve it. Otherwise, it never becomes a law unless the Congress overrides the president's veto; which they didn't do for that bill. Are you new in America??
Article I, Section 7
Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States; If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law.

You should stop posting on a political site given how ignorant you are regarding civics and politics.
