Whichever one it is that the lawmakers in the state are saying that they do not have to enforce. Are you saying there are no such laws in the first place?

No, I'm saying they have no legal obligation to enforce federal law. At the same time, states can forbid them to enforce federal law.

RIGHT!!! No legal obligation to enforce federal law, just like how immigration laws are federal law.

Passing a law stating they do not have to do what they were never required to do is a great example of little more than a redundant law.
