2015 Week One NFL Predictictions

Here are my picks this week one, the teams in bold are my picks. These are straight up picks. I'm picking 8 road teams which is pretty dangerous to begin with but what the heck.

Who are you picking!?

Sept. 10

Pittsburgh Steelers at New England Patriots

Sept. 13

Indianapolis Colts at Buffalo Bills

Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears

Kansas City Chiefs at Houston Texans

Carolina Panthers at Jacksonville Jaguars

Cleveland Browns at New York Jets

Seattle Seahawks at St. Louis Rams

Miami Dolphins at Washington Redskins

New Orleans Saints at Arizona Cardinals

Detroit Lions at San Diego Chargers

Baltimore Ravens at Denver Broncos

Cincinnati Bengals at Oakland Raiders

Tennessee Titans at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys

Sept. 14

Philadelphia Eagles at Atlanta Falcons

Minnesota Vikings at San Francisco 49ers
You're picking San Fran over minn? On what basis??

They are home and I have already picked 8 road teams.
But they were decimated in the offseason from top to bottom, and Minnesota is expected to compete for the division this year.

It's a pick, not seeing your picks, just crying about mine.

It just don't believe the Minnesota hype, Bridgewater has yet to prove squat to me. As far as competing for the division title? Green Bay...drop mike.
Lol I'm not crying about it I just think it's stupid. Your only reason for picking them is they're home. They need a lot more than their home stadium to win games this year. But if you end up being right I have no problem eating crow

I win and lose games, it's my pick, if you don't like it or think it's stupid, fine. I have no problem eating as I lay it out there, where you cherry pick.

If Minnesota wins, it's good by me, I don't care. I pick who I think will win and I have and pick my own reasons. I am not a 9er or Viking fan, so whoever wins and loses gives me more information on the next week.

The Patriots are the BEST team in the league right now. Patriots . . . on top again!

Sadly they don't play the Hawks unless they are LUCKY and CHEAT enough to make it back to SB 50. The Seattle Seahawks are clearly the best team in the NFL. That fact will be proven next February.

Well I just saw this thread so I can't pick the Steelers - Patriots game (although I would have taken New England like everyone else in the world).

Give me:

Dolphins over the Redskins
Colts over the Bills
Jets over the Browns
Texans over the Chiefs
Panthers over the Jaguars
Seahawks over the Rams
Packers over the Bears
Chargers over the Lions
Cardinals over the Saints
Broncos over the Ravens
Bengals over the Raiders
Buccaneers over the Titans
Cowboys over the Giants
Falcons over the Eagles
Vikings over the 49ers

Colts
Browns
Panthers
Packers
Texans
Dolphins
Seahawks
Lions
Cardinals
Broncos
Bengals
Bucs
Cowboys
Eagles
Vikings

I really struggled with that bills colts game. I wanted to take buffalo because I think that defense is gonna be Jewish as ****. But I decided to jump on the Andrew luck cock sucking bandwagon and give it to them. He's already showing why I believe him to be one of the most overrated QB in modern times.

If all the scores hold, I'm only 4-4. That said, some teams I wanted to win are winning.. :)

Went 6-2, Colts and Hawks let me down. Nice win for the Rams and the Bills.

Like I've ALWAYS said.. "The Rams and Hawks ALWAYS play close games in St Louis".

We lost. No Excuses.

The OT on side kick was a mistake by Carroll. The chances of recovering the on side kick is dismal. There was a MUCH better chance of even preventing a FG kicking the ball deep into the end zone. Forcing Fowles to pass close to the End Zone proved to cause him to make mistakes earlier in the game when the Hawks scored 18 unanswered points in the 4 qtr. Fortunately the Rams only got a FG but that was enough. I saw the DL pull back from the LOS on every play giving the Rams an advantage. Bennett had received TWO encroachment penalties for starting over the Line of scrimage. Obviously the line had received strict orders NOT to give the Rams an easy 5 yards. That made the Hawks less aggressive and gave Fowles a fraction more time to get his throws off. Clarke Rams had Fowles a couple of times on the last drive in OT but Nick got the passes off. A couple of them to receivers.

The 4th down play to Lynch was partially mishandled by Wilson. The handoff wasn't clean causing Lynch to hesitate.

Game over.

Many people who thought the Hawks would easily win the NFC West and also the NFC predicted at least 2-4 losses. This game was one of the losses that was predicted even though many if not most picked the Hawks to win when asked today who would win this game.

The Rams Defense front 4 played very well and our protection sucked. Russell Okung played especially poorly today..and HE is supposed to be the solid veteran. Wilson had very little time to look downfield let alone throw the ball deep.

The good news is that few teams have the Rams front 7.

Good news also for Lockett and Graham. They both got TDs

Lockett put the NFL on notice what can happen when you punt to the Hawks AND he showed that he is a solid receiver also.

Graham also played solid. He received several catches along with the great reception for his TD.

The ONLY problem that stood out was that Wilson didn't get the protection he needed to find receivers downfield. It's a new OL. They will improve.

Not having Kam has taken the 'boom' out of the Seahags defense (sorry Kam, Wilson gotz most of da' money). Giving up 34 points to the Rams......are you kidding me? Offensive line won't improve either...........unless you call a Haitian witch doctor..........

15th post
Can't blame that performance all on just not having kam though. If they cave and pay him more they're ******* retards. Even without him they still have one of the best defenses in the league. The ******* guy took a deal and he needs to play out more of it before he can cry about more money

B Kidd don't you wish we would've traded the farm for Marcus? I was so on board with that move all winter long. I would've given up anything they wanted. As good as he's looking already, imagine how much better than that he would be under chip.

No, cause Marcus will still take time to develop. I'm not sold. Chip is going for a quick strike at the Superbowl, if not this year, then next.
