If all they state is their opinion without telling any actual lies, no suit is actionable.

I've observed Mr. Musk for a couple of years now, but he put his business last in order to fix a little plumbing problem when conservatives were being demonized right and left by every life the DNC touched. He wanted things to be fair after a boatload of lies were being used against people who leaned to the right. I think that Nancy P's tearing up the House copy of the Presidential speech sunk herself into the deep state mire, and unfairness of that and many other Democrat shenannigans caused him to throw a little favor to the right side of the aisle for the purpose of leveling the playing field between the right and the left. It benefitted both sides.
