1949 Armistice Agreement

Forum Dunce, on November 29, 1947, the United Nations General Assembly voted 33 to 13 in favor of the Partition Plan, which took effect when the British withdraw from Palestine.

You are the Forum Dunce.

No it didn't. The partition never happened. If you have any documentation to the contrary, post it.

yod relly do have a very limited list of counterarguments. I've only beende in in this forum a shorts time, but have already heard that weak (to say the least) excuse of "the partition plan never took place" at least 3 or 4 times, only to get reminded each times, that it was the palestinians themselves who refused to letzten happen...

Poor guy

He has a mental impairment combined, most likely, with OCD. He's to be pitied.

The recognition of Israel's existence is one thing. The recognition of Israels "right" to exist is another. Surely Israel exists, but does it have that right. The Palestinians are the only ones who can grant that so called right. Until the Palestinians grant that right, Israel does not have it.

So either Israel stops existing, as there will always be some Palestinian somewhere who will argue he (or she) deserves Israel's land or Israel must eliminate all the Palestinians. Does that sum it up?

Let's close down all the Arab countries who expelled hundreds of thousands of Jews in 1948.

Those Jews should demand their right to return and compensation like the Palestinians are doing.

Go back to sleep, retard. You contribute nothing.

There is no evidence that the partition ever took place. I ask for documentation and the dufus cannot supply it. He just calls names.

and who's fault is that?

"Powerful Arab interests, both inside and outside Palestine, are defying the resolution of the General Assembly and are engaged in a deliberate effort to alter by force the settlement envisaged therein." (from a Palestine Commision report to the Security Council, Apr. 2, 1948)

"The representative of the Jewish Agency told us yesterday that they were not the attackers, that the Arabs had begun the fighting. We did not deny this". (Security Council Official Records, Apr. 4, 1948)

Truely, the Palenstinians are the only people in histortym to start a war, lose it, and then demand the spoils of victory!

Why do you think Israel is obsessed with its so called right to exist when no other country mentions their right to exist.

It is the Palestinian's fault. They kept the British from creating a "homeland for the Jews" in Palestine. They kept the UN from partitioning Palestine giving half of Palestine to foreigners. And Israel is still trying to get the Palestinians to surrender for the war Israel started with them in 1947.

The British sided with the Pallies, dummy. Open a book.

The Pallies violated international law in attempting to undermine the implementation of the Palestine Mandate mandating the reestablishment of a Jewish homeland in Palestine.

I've instructed you on this matter previously, however, your mental disability impedes your ability to comprehend.

This is probably the most retarded statement you've made, to date.

Oh really! Israel is scared shitless of Hamas. In the last war it was 1400 Palestinian deaths to 13 Israelis. Is Hamas a military threat? Hardly. Then why would Israel do ANYTHING to eliminate Hamas. It does not recognize Israel's phony right to exist.

What international law did they violate?

The Palestinians did blow that stupid "homeland for the Jews" thing out of the water. They also did the same to the stupid UN partition plan.

Good for them.
