#1 Threat to America: Democrats Win in November

I usually focus more on policy than politics, but the upcoming elections in November pose a greater threat to America than any foreign adversary. Particularly if the Democrats take the House of Representatives, the federal government will be shut down and every action taken by President Trump will be reversed regardless of merit. This will crater our economy and embolden our enemies.

How can this be prevented? Will ending the war with Iran and a booming economy be enough to overcome the pathological hatred of President Trump that has infected so many people? I have previously predicted that he will not serve out his full term of office, but that was based on age and health probabilities. I am now concerned that his continued presence in office will cause the nation to commit political suicide.

It is still too early to make any drastic decisions in this regard, but if GOP prospects look too dim in October, President Trump may have to consider early retirement to minimize this possibility. In that case, questions of method and timing would have to be answered: How and when should such an announcement be made?
Democrats are hoping that the deranged, decrepit blowhard does not quit or is removed under the 25th Amendment too soon.

The mail-in-ballot felon is a heavy pantload for any Republican running in November.

The American electorate, overwhelmingly Independents and Democrats, will decide which party should lead in November.

The growing disapproval of Trump, especially for his "little excursion" with Bibi and its economic consequences, will play a major roll in that decision.

His Republican enablers will be judged on his ability to extract the US from yet another Middle East quagmire. .

The auguries are auspicious. MAAA! Make America America Again!
Midterms are just a few months away, and the political environment is increasingly breaking in Democrats’ favor.
...declining approval for Trump, rising voter frustration with the direction of the country, and early signs of Democratic energy in special and off-year elections \ have created real momentum for Democrats. Now there is the realistic possibility that both the House and Senate are in play.
The biggest driver is straightforward: Trump has become a political liability. Americans have grown increasingly dissatisfied with his presidency, particularly amid growing discontent over the war in Iran and its impact on energy costs...
Indeed, the RealClearPolitics’ aggregator shows just 41 percent of Americans approve of President Trump’s job thus far, while 57 percent disapprove... RealClear’s generic congressional ballot test tracker also shows Democrats with a 6-point lead, 48 percent to 42 percent.
These numbers do not guarantee a Democratic wave, but they do show a clear deterioration in the Republican political standing. Likewise, several general election races are beginning to shift in the Democrats’ favor, particularly in the Senate.

Looks like the left is crumbling in on itself.

So the latest tactic is to make up stories about Trump being weak and senile and calls for him to retire like Biden should have.

It's all bullshit.
"The Left" is the MAGAsouls' boogey man.

Reality-oriented Americans, including most Independents, are not controlled by a cult's ideological dogma.

They had already abandoned the deranged geezer - as was indicated by a month-old poll - even before his latest plunge into madness.

The will of the American people will be unambiguously expressed in November.

While Trump's multiple failures will impact the fate of Congressional Republicans, it is the Trump economy that be most impactful, and concerning inflation, the price of gasoline will provide the most significant single index.

A gallon cost an average of $3.05 in January, 2025.
It is now $4.12.
What will it be over the next six months?
Will it fall back to its January 2025 level?

Hyper-partisan paranoia regarding democratic elections and the will of the People being respected is unwarranted.

More Americans are registered as Democrats than as Republicans, and the GOP having control of the executive, the senate, and the house does not reflect that reality. Of course. Voters registered with neither party have the right to express their preference in the voting booth as well, of course.

Whether Trump absconds when confronted with the prospect of no longer having co-equal branches of government kowtow to him is unimportant.

Ego-gratification should not be a problem since he will still have a residue of worshipers who mindlessly venerate him as the deity he likes to impersonate.

1) The border is sealed to illegal lowlifes.

2) The Islamic Terrorists of Iran have had the nuke program set back decades.

That’s more important than a $1 temporary increase in gas.

Securing the border was necessary, but Trump's masked, armed thugs hunting down undocumented, hardworking folks was too draconian for most Americans.

Iran constituted no nuclear threat before Trump and Bibi's unpopular "little excursion."

The voter will decide the importance of Trump's gas prices.

President Trump may have to consider early retirement to minimize this possibility.
He must remain in office to see through all of the important changes he is driving around the world and in our country. Resigning wouldn't make a difference in November anyway. The midterms usually swing to the opposition Party, hopefully the anti-American Party doesn't gain control of both House and Senate.

Pucker up because it's coming and you have only your orange cult Messiah to blame for it.
BULLSHIT.
The Democrat Party has pushed propaganda for years and, sadly, there are enough stupid idiots out there who have swallowed it whole.
We're headed for civil war. I'm convinced of it. And I put it all on the Democrats.
I watched some of the California gubernatorial debate last night and when ICE doing it's job is portrayed as "targeting black and brown people", you know millions of Americans have completely lost the plot.
When the Left defines the terms, America loses.
We're losing, thanks to the Left.
And one more thing: the Democrat Party is completely owned, lock, stock and barrel by the Far Left.
Not liberals.
FAR LEFTISTS.
Communists.
Period.

So Iran only started its nuclear and missile programs six week ago?
Iran still holds 440.9kg of 60%-enriched uranium, enough for approximately 10 weapons if further enriched to 90% weapon-grade. Iran was not actively enriching as of February 25 per Secretary Rubio and IAEA.

If Iran constituted a nuclear threat on February 28, 2026 when Trump and Bibi began bombing it, it constitutes that same threat today, despite the ongoing cost (How Much Is the Iran War Costing You?) and havoc wreaked upon the global gas, oil, aluminum, and fertilizer markets.

You hate Democrats, Independents, and non-maga Republicans, i.e., most Americans.

How do you feel about broccoli?

I don't hate Independents. I don't hate non-MAGA Republicans, although they disappoint me.
And I don't hate Democrat voters, although they're pissing me off more every year. It's time for them to wake TF up.
I do hate Democrat politicians, however, with the searing, blazing hatred of a million suns.
Broccoli?
Ugh. Not a fan. :puke:

That's why the job needs to be finished.

We've heard words like this before.

democrats have promised to attack every republican in office if they win, they have promised to attack ICE Homeland security and border patrol as well. That is what they promised so explain how anything gets done with them doing that instead of running the country?

You sound as if you desperately need more fiber in your diet.

Just expel the ten best-educated states with all those Democrats, and Bob's your uncle!
