We're blessed to be living on the edge of a provincial forest. I have sandhill crane babies just up my hill. On a great migratory path that just explodes with birds every spring and fall.Deer everywhere of course.

Only drawback is Zone 2 for gardening and mosquitos as big as drones and slugs that are monsters.
But I love it.

I've been coast to coast in Canada, and man oh man what a beautiful piece of property we are able to call home. And between my parents, my husband and the music business, I've had the joy of seeing most of the US. It's on my bucket list to go thru the midwest to the states I haven't seen.

Thanks for the rep! My husband and I are dual citizens of the two greatest countries on the planet. I was born in Canada, spent my youthful summers in a wonderful place just north of Daytona called Ormond Beach, lived in Tennesse and now living in the middle of nowhere Manitoba.

Now I get to celebrate July the 4th tomorrow! YAY!
