Zimmerman poll

Should the question of whether or not to charge Zimmerman be put to a Grand Jury?

  • A Grand Jury should hear the case against Zimmerman

    Votes: 16 84.2%
  • A Grand Jury should not hear the case against Zimmerman

    Votes: 3 15.8%

  • Total voters
    19
Of course he should be tried.
Then get the switch.
Lights out for cold blooded murderers.

Grand Juries don't try defendants

What's so funny?

people are so stupid when it comes to the law.

The law affords people enormous leeway to use deadly force if they feel their life is seriously endangered. Sonner said Zimmerman felt "one of them was going to die that night," when he pulled the trigger.

Corey, a veteran prosecutor known for her zealous defense of victims rights was hand-picked by Florida Gov. Rick Scott for the job. But she faces other challenges in the case.

While in life Trayvon Martin was barely 17, when it comes to justifiable homicide his size -- about 6-foot-3 and 150 pounds -- makes him an adult in death.

Zimmerman, 28, is 5-foot-9 and weighs well over 200 pounds.

Was Trayvon Martin a Drug Dealer?

To learn more about Trayvon’s character, we have to look to his friends and family to offer clues.
Unfortunately, it seems as if most people who knew him are intent on cleaning up his image,
rather than discussing what Trayvon was really like.

What does Trayvon's character have to do with anything? He's not on trial nor will he be on trial nor will he be called as a witness. Seems materially irrelevant to me. Does Florida law now allow those of bad character to defend themselves from people with a gun who are trying to kill them?

I really don't care what Zimmerman has to say a month after the incident--he's had lots of time to reflect and come up with a statement that sounds good--in his defense.

He should have been arrested immediately for VIOLATING the Stand your ground law--by pursuing this kid--which is exactly what he did--and after he was told not too by the police department. He followed this kid in his car--for some reason got out of his car--and then the altercation started. At best--it was Zimmerman that incited this incident--it didn't need to happen--and now we have a dead teenager--that was just walking through the neighborhood.

That would be like you picking a fight with someone--and then when they responded--you shoot them--and claim the Stand your ground law--which protects you. That's complete B.S.

According to the racists interpretation of the law - that is indeed what the law means. You can pick a fight with someone, and if they fight back, you can shoot them dead.

Yay or nay

way

U.S. News - Trayvon Martin was suspended three times from school

In October, Martin was suspended with friends for writing “W.T.F.” on a hallway locker,
according to a school report obtained by the Herald.
A security guard looking through his backpack for the graffiti marker and instead found women’s rings
and earrings and a screwdriver, described by the staffer as a “burglary tool.”

Ben Crump, an attorney for Martin’s parents, told the Herald they had never heard about the bag of jewelry.

“And anyway, it’s completely irrelevant to what happened Feb. 26,” Crump told the Miami Herald.
“They never heard this and don’t believe it’s true.

So what?

Has any information about Zimmerman's father been made available? If not I would like to know more about him -- mainly his status in that community.

What a piece-of-shit nigga (what he called himself)... suspended three times from school in one year for chronic tardiness, vandalism (and, they found a screwdriver in his backpack), and illegal drugs.

Zimmerman should be given a reward for cleaning up the street.

Zimmerman says okay. He stopped following Trayvon

Fox News is running the picture of the 12-year-old in that report. Fox would be accused of racism if they ran a recent picture of Trayvon, now thug-looking.

And, yes, Zimmerman did stop following the African and certainly didn't "chase down" the piece-of-shit no-limit-nigga.
