:abgg2q.jpg: :stupid: :5_1_12024: What Vilhem DeeBlasio forgot to mention was the possible "Doctor Shortage" in New York State? When he spoke of his proposal of free/inexpensive health-care for all residents of New York, did he mention the ratio of the 19 Million Residents to the number of doctors/physicians?
So what is it? One Doctor for every 20,000 residents? Yah, maybe DiBlasio needs to do his math before offering free or cheap health-care to everyone in New York before getting the "Stupid Voters" to believe everything that comes out of his mouth.
{Im not sure of the exact math, but can someone do the math and figure out how many Doctors there are in New York State,,then divide up to figure out the exact ratio?}
This also goes for California. Yah, free/inexpensive health-care for 30 Million people. And how many doctors are in that screwed up place?
:cul2:

i wonder what %% of physicians are contemplating retiring/moving out of New York

The Socialists have determined to run both NY and CA into the dirt.

Much as I like living in Westchester, it's time to sell and move.

I wonder what percentage are plastic surgeons, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other 'doctors' that would have no idea how to treat a headache?

and regarding what Wilhem has proposed, do these buttheads really expect to walk into an ER/Hospital/Private Practice and expect to be waited on within 30 minutes, and very little paper work to fill out, and maybe even expect the visit to be free? In New York? :laugh2:

A close relative of mine works in the ER of a big City Hospital. There's a shuttle bus from JFK that brings newly arriving foreigners directly to the hospital.

Only in America

Would you prefer ebola, or other communicable diseases, being let into the country without any knowledge of them?

American doctors go where the money is, and the money in the USA is in New York and California. This proposal is the beginning of the end of "for profit" health care in the USA. You can't afford it, or the world's biggest and baddest army and you're soon going to have to live within your means.

Wonder what all those Doctors think of DeBlasio wanting to spread their wealth??

Its on another thread. If I were someone with money I'd change cities and States ASAP.

so is DeBlasio gonna donate 8 hours a day to help with the paperwork for all of these new patients who expect free health care?

Just as a rough guesstimate, they have a total of 1 doctor for every 188 people. That includes surgeons, etc.

This was from the info I could find of around total physicians in NYC are around 45,000.

They will be fleeing in droves now. Some of the main counties in NYC have already seen doctors fleeing in recent years.

It's what we do every day in Canada. I walk into emergency, I see the triage nurse, she takes my OHIP card, and I'm seen within minutes. I do no paperwork, I pay no fee.

Don't worry. The rich hollywood leftists are fine and so are all of the rich media leftists riding high on Madison Avenue.

No one will care. They will giggle at the thought of the obliteration of the white middle class.

Thankfully, we have adult leadership in the WH and not a bio-terrorist trying to help Ebola vector into a new American host species.
