but in essence, it was a declaration that this new (early first term obama) administration was going to burn Emails...

both great links. what i am looking for was at leat five years ago. it was a declaration specific to the white house. i thought it was odd that they would announce up front that they would be burning emails.. it still feels strange today, i'll find it.

it was a loose lipped, presser equipped... decree. in advance

i assume, so that one day they could point back to it, and say "we told you five years ago we we're going to burn Emails as administration protocol"..
