Like many issues emanating from the Arab World, the Arab Muslim sets the tone, and sets the political conditions in which this "rational fear" - vs - "irrational fear" is discussed.

This is not so dissimilar to other calls for Jihad we have heard over the years. Now we all, intellectually know, that not all Muslims are Islamic Radicals. BUT, that may change with time. There is no set condition that can resist change indefinitely. Today's moderate Muslim may be tomorrow's radical.
