"A sweater with a skirt is better than a sweater with slacks." "No flats." "Paint your nails." "Don't be afraid of color." And, "brunettes have more leeway with vibrant colors than blondes or redheads."

If we are to have equality shouldn't gays get make up and fashion advice on how appearances count in combat too?

Nobody forces you to wear them. Like the combat arms of the future, wearing them is voluntary and nobody should say you CAN'T wear them if you want to.
