I have been shut out of doing business with companies due to being a white male.
Red Gold tomatoes is one of them. Right on their website they openly state the "we prefer minority owned businesses vendors".
That is a direct violation of discrimination laws.
Imagine a business saying "we prefer white owned business vendors" - that would be the exact same thing. Only they would be fined for doing it.
