points out that that 21% of the top 1% income group's income is paid in Federal taxes.
And the top 1% income group pay 40% of all the taxes paid.
So again... what is a "fair share" when already 21% of their gross income is the highest % paid .

The problem with your premise is that you can't compare Trump lies in just 4 years, against the sum total in Bidens 50 year career.
