I think he's catching up with Hillary. It would funny to watch the RW put all their eggs in the "bash Hillary" basket and Sanders winning.....................again.
Go Bernie

what is op?*facepalm*
Can it get more racist than the OP? I guess birtherism is right up there. Guess that makes sense, since Hillary Clinton is mother of the birther movement.
In any event, as a Republican I find myself favoring a Sanders Presidency more than a Clinton Presidency in many ways. It's kinda strange. It's had me a bit conflicted. For me, it comes down to the fact that Clinton is far more partisan than Sanders. I think Sanders would be much more willing to work with Republicans than Clinton would be. But I'm very concerned with his age. I'm not sure he would be able to stand up to the rigors of being President. Theoretically, I'd support a Sanders/[insert strong VP option here] ticket over a Trump/[insert anybody] ticket.
If it does come down to Trump v Clinton, I'll probably be giving an immigration lawyer a call.
what is op?
Bernie Sanders is a scary dude!
Sanders gives me the willies.
It's Lahota's thread, and he's pretty much to the left of .... Bernie. (-:Isn't the usual RW position that "Americans are Americans, not hyphenated-Americans"? Why has this suddenly changed?
Would RWs be happier if Sanders identified himself as a "Polish-Jewish-American"? Why? Just so y'all can make your "hyphenated-American" speech?

True, but he's also for Hillary No Matter What.
I hope not. Israel causes enough trouble without having a Jewish U.S. president.
A look into the Jewish side of US presidential candidate Bernie Sanders
My short answer: I certainly hope not, but not because he's Jewish, per se.
I have viewed many of Bernie Sanders' Presidential debates as of late, and I must confess he does exude a certain "hypnotic" charisma and passion when speaking about his political views. But I could never vote for him as President of the United States because of one simple yet blatant character flaw: his utter lack of conviction with regard to his being "proud to be Jewish." I just have a really difficult time believing such a disingenuous statement.
Scour the internet as you like, but I challenge anyone to find a single image of the Senator wearing a yarmulke, or displaying the Star of David on his lapel, or even within eye-shot of a background synagogue or distant mantelpiece Menorah. I just get this spooky sort of 'chameleon' vibe about Bernie Sanders, and I could never endorse that quality in any presidential capacity, be it corporate, political, or otherwise. In his own roundabout way, Senator Sanders pretty much says that he is a private Jew and a public Catholic. Much too flippant for me. We should all be proud and open about our individual cultures and beliefs when running for public office. It's not about transparency, it's about sincerity.
In closing, I should mention that I did actually find one (1) image of the Senator wearing a yarmulke, but that was him playing a Rabbi in a stage play during the late 90's. It doesn't matter to me if my president is Jewish, Catholic, black, white, male or female … as long as he/she can push that Button if called upon. Or more importantly, not.
