widespread graduation fraud in DC schools: 30% of student shouldn't have graduated but did

This is very sad.

School administrators are under tremendous pressure to graduate everyone and to even send them to college.

I believe that most students can learn if they WANT to learn and if the school has an ENVIRONMENT that is conducive to learning.

Unfortunately, some students disrupt the learning process for the majority, but the administrators are terrified of cracking down, lest they be accused of being, well, you know what.

Administrators have families and are looking forward to retirement, so they turn a blind eye to indiscipline and they lower standards so that everyone can claim to be a high school graduate.

Education is where activists should be concentrating their efforts. They should DEMAND discipline In their schools. They should volunteer to tutor students. They should spend their time helping the younger generation. (Instead, sadly, activists just want to spend their time going around calling other people, well, you know what.)
