ROFL... Well, that settles it... I'm heading to DC Monday morning to tender my application for a grant to study why men tend towards the preference of nubile, 20-something hotties, over 80 year old saggy grannies...

P.I. you could always submit a request for Stimulus money on thr grounds that you are going to submit an environmental impact study on the noise pollution caused by driving over lane dividers on the highway. Think of the number of depts. you could submit applications too. DOT because it would effect the total amont of Stimulus money needed for said bumps on the road, HHS because of the mental health aspect of having to listen to the road noise and of course there is always the EPA as long as your willing to submit a recommendation that the highway bumps be removed because it may allow deer to cross without stubbing their hoves on them therefor increasing the herd due to increased deer happiness. If everyone thinks this is complete nonsense it is, but then again most of us would think that spending 3 million dollars to put a tunnel in for turtles would be nonsense too I suppose.

There was a addendum to this study that wasn't mentioned probably due to political correctness. It seems that republican men get so many things wrong, IE invading Iraq over imaginary WMD, removing regulatory structures, and leaving New Orleans sink while they fiddled, that NIH discovered certain republican men putting the condoms on their big toe. When asked how the young lassie came up pregnant, Joe Rumsdumb, claimed it was the liberals fault. This seems the usual response of republicans when caught with big toe covered.

if the goal is to cut down on sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancy then it might make sense for NIH to find out why people don't want to use condoms and find ways to make them more user-friendly.
