Why is Trump battling this?

Trump is fighting the blockage of hos Muslim travel ban.

Why?

The ban was only good for 90 days so they can study the proper vetting procedures.

Well guess what?

It has been 90 days since the first travel ban.

This says one of two things:
1) Trump was too stupid to formulate the vetting process
2) Trump didn't think the vetting process was important enoiugh to work on.

Either way, just another Trump failure.
