The Kremlin media lied and continue to lie a lot that, allegedly, Reagan supported the Taliban in Afghanistan, and not the enemies of the Taliban - the Shah Massoud rebels.

However, the feds do not refute this blatant lie. As a result, the United States was drawn into the fight against the liberation revolution in Syria, on the side of the Baath terrorists and the Axis of Evil.
