Alcohol is legal to consume with certain age and location limitations.

Drunk Driving is illegal....yet it happens...and people die.

We should ban all alcohol to make sure we never have any more drunk driving fatalities.

It's the only way to be sure and save 10,000 lives per year in America.

Good point. We tried banning booze and it simply created a black market by way of neighboring countries and increase in violence to boot. Go ahead. Ban guns. Hollywood will keep up its gang bang gun culture in movies while those well motivated to acquire guns and inflict terrorism will do so in the black market. If there are more pot smokers then so what? I'm also not really for legalizing all drugs, however I'm open to the idea. Not sure what any of that has to do with imbibing alcohol while operating heavy machinery.

I worked in a place during the 80's and many many people had multiple drinks for lunch and got in their car and went back to work..

You don't see that as much these days..
