Yeah, so far, there is no experiment where humans can change global climate, local climate or even weather. Stopping hurricanes would be a start. Or redirecting tornados, or bringing rain to drought areas, etc.

Biden's wanting to move vehicles (cars/trucks) to EVs will cost at least $1trillion in removing all the 3 million pipelines that carry gas as without carrying gas these pipes will collapse and cause roads to collapse.
According to British study it will cost $1,373,863,636,364 to decommission and or remove the 3 million miles of gas pipelines in the USA.
This week the Daily Telegraph reported that it could cost £65billion to decommission Britain’s gas grid, a 176,000-mile network of buried pipes. This is according to a draft National Infrastructure Report. It says that unused pipes must be removed or they risk decay and experts fear the potential collapse of roads. At the moment the network is properly maintained, with the cost included in our gas bills.
Logistically it will be a nightmare too, with districts being turned off one by one. I could mention the traffic chaos as roads are dug up in town after town, but I doubt whether many of us will be able to afford cars by then.

To replace the fossil fuels that generate electricity will require replacing 61% of electricity generated by the 6,753 fossil fuel power plants that each cost $13,395,684 or $90,457,035,347 just to replace fossil fuel. Again remember this cost wouldn't have to be spent nor the $1 trillion to replace pipelines for natural gas.

Now the cost At $50/ton using Gates' CO2 replacement of over 35 billion metric tons of CO2 were released in 2014 or the total $1,750,000,000,000 to remove ALL the CO2.
