ACORN is a poor persons advocacy group. They serve all poor people no matter what color. They also do Much Much more than jsut registar voters. Republicans hate the fact that they registar poor people because poor poeple vote Democratic in about a big a percent as Balck voters do.

You people want ACORN to die when they are doing so many things for the poor. They have never produced one false vote. The republicans have been caught red handed stripping Americans of their voting rights. They have caused thousand to be turned away on election day. They were not allowed to vote even though they were legal registared voters.

Anyone can look reasonable if you're willing to focus on 5 second sound bite snapshots. The reason moderates turned on McCain was that Palin was pretty ignorant and her reasoning was just ludricrous. Her "Real American" comments show she embraces the same partisan balogney that burned people out under Bush, DeLay, and Frist. The fact she quit her job as an elected official and run out on the voters turns off most voters I know.

She's done more than enough crazy stuff that unless she can manage some sort of complete makeover, she has zero chance at winning in 2012.

It is pretty hard not to bash 'science' when whistle blowers are exposing 'scientists as politican operatives that are using 'science' to push agendas that would tax the United States and ELIMINATE its sovereignty. Why is it when Christians question science that is used badly, the Christians are called 'superstitious bigots', but when religions is used for a logical arguement (that makes a point), scientists that argue with 'other theories' the 'scientists' are considered 'intellegent and enlightened'?

I do not understand why 'intellectuals' want the LAW enforced unequally: if you are a citizen, you obey the law, but if you aren't a citizen you can select which laws you want to obey (illegal immigration).
I do not understand why 'intellectuals' want me to pay for other people's basic needs, education, health care and cell phone, before I pay for my OWN family' needs, etc.
I do not understand why the people that are demanding they have 'x' (instead of getting it for themselves), just BECAUSE they are a citizen of this country, cannot comprehend why it is important to keep a military that ensures this country will be protected, and with it, our freedoms (the few that we still have, before health care passes at which point, those will be greatly dimminished).
Why don't you ever question why the 'intellectuals' refuse to understand 'common sense'? Why is it the conservatives are always asked to compromise with evil, or those that would do evil?
Why are the 'moderates' (a word for people that STAND for nothing), never asked to take a stand or show a backbone, one way or another?

No question the Democratic Party in the South disenfranchised blacks every chance it got, one instance being the all-white Texas Democratic primary through 1944 or LBJ's "landslide" election in 1948 when everybody, dead or alive or animal, got to vote in Duvall County. Election irregularities in Illinois and Texas probably cost Nixon the presidency in 1960.

Both parties should monitor each other very, very closely.
