Back in the 1970s it was hustled that Bacon wrote alot of what is attribited to Shakespear but that was proven false .
The same with Marlow I guess. What would make some think it was Marlow?

In freshman English Lit, I was fascinated by the theory that someone else wrote his plays or at least some of his works. I wrote a paper naming the Earl of Rutland as the author. I earned an A for the work but my instructor totally disagreed with my conclusion.

I don't recall my reasoning; I'm older than dirt today, and that was decades ago. Written today, it would probably get an F-.
